Social Media & Marketing Assistant
Introduction
Our award-winning client based in Milton Keynes have a fantastic opportunity for a Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be working closely alongside the Head of Marketing, previous experience with running social media campaigns (especially Twitter and Facebook) is essential plus exceptional writing skills. Proven social media experience is necessary but training is also on offer as our client values progression and development of all their members of staff. Duties will include:
- Promotion of the company on their website, social media, blogs etc
- Designing leaflets and marketing materials
- Booking conferences
- Supporting and managing all social media profiles of the company (Mostly LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter)
- Keeping the website up to date
- Designing press releases and external newsletters
To be considered you will have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent English language/ writing skills
- Design skills (InDesign would be a plus)
- Understanding and experience of SEO as well as web and Google Analytics
- Events planning experience
- Be naturally creative with a good eye for detail
- Excellent time management skills
