Key responsibilities
The Role:
✔ Advising on engineering, procurement, and construction agreements (EPCs), operations & maintenance contracts (O&Ms), and other development agreements
✔ Leading on complex project structuring and negotiations
✔ Working with project developers, lenders, and investors in energy and infrastructure
✔ Collaborating with cross-border legal teams on multi-jurisdictional projects

Qualifications
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience as a projects development lawyer
- Strong background in infrastructure, energy, or large-scale construction
- Experience with renewable energy projects preferred
- Excellent negotiation and drafting skills
