Key responsibilities

The Role:

✔ Advising on tax structuring for renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, battery storage, carbon capture, and hydrogen

✔ Supporting senior associates and partners on major energy transactions

✔ Providing legal counsel on federal tax credits and partnership taxation

✔ Working with developers, lenders, and investors to structure tax-efficient financing solutions

Personal skills

Qualifications

Key Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience as a tax lawyer
• Familiarity with renewable energy incentives (e.g., Inflation Reduction Act tax credits)
• LLM in taxation preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. tax law
